Bahan Membuat Gujarati Daal

  1. Prepare of Tuvar Dal.
  2. Prepare of Turmeric Powder.
  3. It's of Salt.
  4. You need of Red Chilli Powder.
  5. Prepare of Tomato Chopped.
  6. Prepare of Green Chilli Paste.
  7. You need of Ginger Paste.
  8. You need of Jaggery grated.
  9. Prepare of Lemon Juice.
  10. You need of Boiled Peanuts.
  11. Prepare of Fresh Coriander Chopped.
  12. It's of For tempering.
  13. Prepare of Ghee.
  14. You need of Hing.
  15. You need of Fenugreek Seeds.
  16. Prepare of Mustard Seeds.
  17. Prepare of Cumin Seeds.
  18. It's of Dry Red Chillies.
  19. It's of Cloves.
  20. You need of Cinnamon.

Langkah Memasak Gujarati Daal

  1. Wash tuvar dal and soak in water for 30 minutes..
  2. Drain the water and add the dal in a pressure cooker along with turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt, tomato, green chilli paste and ginger paste..
  3. Add 4 cups of water and pressure cook the dal until is is nicely cooked. Whisk the cooked dal nicely..
  4. Add jaggery, lemon juice and boiled peanuts and mix well. Heat ghee for tempering in a pan.
  5. Once the ghee is hot, add heeng, fenugreek seeds, mustard seeds, cumin seeds and let them cracked for a few minutes and pour this on daal..
