- Prepare of Tuvar Dal.
- Prepare of Turmeric Powder.
- It's of Salt.
- You need of Red Chilli Powder.
- Prepare of Tomato Chopped.
- Prepare of Green Chilli Paste.
- You need of Ginger Paste.
- You need of Jaggery grated.
- Prepare of Lemon Juice.
- You need of Boiled Peanuts.
- Prepare of Fresh Coriander Chopped.
- It's of For tempering.
- Prepare of Ghee.
- You need of Hing.
- You need of Fenugreek Seeds.
- Prepare of Mustard Seeds.
- Prepare of Cumin Seeds.
- It's of Dry Red Chillies.
- It's of Cloves.
- You need of Cinnamon.
Langkah Memasak Gujarati Daal
- Wash tuvar dal and soak in water for 30 minutes..
- Drain the water and add the dal in a pressure cooker along with turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt, tomato, green chilli paste and ginger paste..
- Add 4 cups of water and pressure cook the dal until is is nicely cooked. Whisk the cooked dal nicely..
- Add jaggery, lemon juice and boiled peanuts and mix well. Heat ghee for tempering in a pan.
- Once the ghee is hot, add heeng, fenugreek seeds, mustard seeds, cumin seeds and let them cracked for a few minutes and pour this on daal..
