  1. Prepare of wheat flour.
  2. You need of bajra flour.
  3. Prepare of maize flour.
  4. It's of methi (finely chopped).
  5. It's of turmeric powder.
  6. Prepare of salt.
  7. Prepare of asafoetida(hing).
  8. You need of yoghurt.
  9. It's of white seasame seeds.
  10. It's of black pepper powder.
  11. Prepare of oil.
  12. It's of water.
  13. Prepare of sugar.
  14. It's of green chilli paste.
  15. Prepare of garlic-ginger paste.
  16. Prepare of sooji.
  17. You need of cumin seeds(jeera).
  18. It's of chaat masala for sprinkling.
  19. Prepare of red chilli powder for sprinkling.

Langkah Memasak Gujarati Masala Munchies

  1. First of all if you are running out of maize flour at home, take some maize poha or simple cornflakes and grind it into a fine flour..
  2. Mix all the flours listed above, mix all the spices, methi and knead into a semi stiff dough..
  3. Now roll a semi thin roti of this dough. With the help of a small round cutter or katori, cut into round shape.
  4. Fry the crisps untill nice golden colour. Sprinkle some chaat masala, red chilli powder on it. Munchies are ready!!.
