- Prepare of wheat flour.

- It's of chaat masala for sprinkling.
- Prepare of red chilli powder for sprinkling.

- First of all if you are running out of maize flour at home, take some maize poha or simple cornflakes and grind it into a fine flour..
- Mix all the flours listed above, mix all the spices, methi and knead into a semi stiff dough..
- Now roll a semi thin roti of this dough. With the help of a small round cutter or katori, cut into round shape.
- Fry the crisps untill nice golden colour. Sprinkle some chaat masala, red chilli powder on it. Munchies are ready!!.
