- Prepare of Ginger-green chilli paste -.

- Prepare of Mustard seeds -.
- It's of Bay leaf(tej patta) -.
- Prepare of Turmeric powder -.
- It's of Cumin seeds(jeera) -.
- You need of Coriander leaves chopped(dhaniya patta).

- Prepare of (laung) - 5 cloves.
- You need of Cinnamon(dalchini) -.

Langkah Memasak Gujarati kadhi
- Take all the ingredients..
- In a mixing bowl, add dahi, besan,jaggery,turmeric powder, salt, ginger green chilli paste..
- Mix all the ingredients to make a paste..
- Add water to this paste and make a thin mix without any lumps and keep it aside..
- Heat a pan and add oil to it followed by cumin seeds,Hing, mustard seeds,bay leaves,Cloves, curry leaves and let it splutter..
- Now add the besan mix to this and let it boil on high flame..
- After getting the first boil, cook the kadhi on low flame for 20 mins stirring at regular intervals..
- Switch off the flame when it is done. Take the kadhi in serving bowl and add chopped coriander leaves and serve it with rice..
