  1. It's of For batter : Besan.
  2. Prepare of Sour Curd.
  3. Prepare of Water.
  4. It's of Salt.
  5. Prepare of Ginger chillie paste.
  6. It's of Turmeric powder.
  7. It's of Hing.
  8. Prepare of For tempering.
  9. Prepare of Mustard seeds.
  10. It's of Hing.
  11. You need of Chopped coriander.
  12. Prepare of Fresh grated coconut to garnish.
  13. Prepare of oil.

Langkah Memasak Popular Gujarati farsan KHANDVI

  1. Mix all ingredients of batter and whisk well.
  2. Take thick pan and pour batter and stir continuously on medium heat..
  3. When thick and batter leaves pan then ck that it rolls properly.....if not cook for 2mins more..
  4. Pour this mixture on greased thali or on greased flat surface..
  5. Spread properly and cut 1 inch strips lengthwise..
  6. Now start rolling one by one and put on serving plate / dish..
  7. Now prepare tadka. Heat oil and put mustard seeds and hing....when splutter pour on rolled khandvis..
  8. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and grated coconut and (sprinkle little red mirch powder - Optional).
