Bahan Membuat Gujarati Kadhi

  1. Prepare of fresh curd (yogurt).
  2. You need of water.
  3. You need of gram flour (besan).
  4. Prepare of ginger-green chilli paste.
  5. You need of sugar or jaggery, add more for more sweetness.
  6. Prepare of salt.
  7. You need of coriander leaves for garnishing.
  8. Prepare of for tempering.
