Bahan Membuat Gujarati Dahi Kadhi

  1. It's of hing.
  2. It's of Yogurt.
  3. It's of Besan.
  4. Prepare of Ginger, finely grated.
  5. Prepare of Garlic , finely grated.
  6. It's of Green chilli , finely sliced.
  7. You need of Dry red chillies, finely sliced.
  8. It's of Turmeric powder.
  9. Prepare of Red chilli powder.
  10. You need of sugar.
  11. It's of Salt.
  12. Prepare of Water.
  13. You need of tempering:.
  14. It's of Ghee.
  15. Prepare of mustard seeds.
  16. You need of cumin seeds.
  17. You need of Dry red chillies.
  18. It's of Cinnamon stick.
  19. You need of Cloves.
  20. It's of Curry leaves.
  21. You need of Onion ,finely chopped.

Langkah Memasak Gujarati Dahi Kadhi

  1. Add the yogurt, besan, ginger, garlic, Green chilli, red chillies, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, sugar and salt in a pot..
  2. By adding water little by little mix everything well and ensure there are no lumps..
  3. Place the pot on medium heat and bring it to a boil, stir it continuously. Cook the kadhi in low flame until the kadhi gets simmer..
  4. Heat the ghee in another pan and add the items listed for tempering. Once the onion colour turns to red, add this to the Kadhi pot..
  5. Serve hot with rice..
