- It's of Besan.
- Prepare of Ginger, finely grated.
- Prepare of Garlic , finely grated.

- You need of Dry red chillies, finely sliced.
- It's of Turmeric powder.
- Prepare of Red chilli powder.
- You need of sugar.

- Prepare of mustard seeds.
- You need of cumin seeds.
- You need of Dry red chillies.
- It's of Cinnamon stick.
- You need of Cloves.
- It's of Curry leaves.
- You need of Onion ,finely chopped.
Langkah Memasak Gujarati Dahi Kadhi
- Add the yogurt, besan, ginger, garlic, Green chilli, red chillies, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, sugar and salt in a pot..
- By adding water little by little mix everything well and ensure there are no lumps..
- Place the pot on medium heat and bring it to a boil, stir it continuously. Cook the kadhi in low flame until the kadhi gets simmer..
- Heat the ghee in another pan and add the items listed for tempering. Once the onion colour turns to red, add this to the Kadhi pot..
- Serve hot with rice..
