- Prepare of Besan.
- It's of Ginger- finely chopped.

- You need of Chilli Powder.
- Prepare of Cumin powder.
- You need of Sugar.
- It's of Salt- as required.
- It's of Hing.
- It's of Water.
- You need of Oil.
- It's of Ladies finger- cut into small.
- Prepare of Ingredients For tempering:.
- It's of Oil.
- It's of Mustard.
- You need of Cumin.
- It's of Fenugreek.
- You need of Dry red chilli -.
- You need of Curry leaves - a bunch.
Langkah Memasak Gujarati bhindi kadhi
- Add oil to the pan and saute the ladies finger with a pinch of salt. Once sauted well, transfer it to another bowl..
- In a pan, add yogurt, gram flour, ginger, garlic and green chillies. Then add turmeric powder, chilli powder, cumin powder, hing, sugar and salt..
- Add water little and mix well..
- Heat oil in a pan and then add mustard, cumin and fenugreek..
- Then add curry leaves and dry red chilli.
- Now add the sauted ladies finger and mix well..
- Then add the yoghurt-gram flour and mix together..
- Heat for 10 minutes on a medium fire..
- Then sprinkle the coriander leaves..
- Serve with a hot rice..
