  1. You need of Rotis torn into pieces.
  2. It's of Oil.
  3. You need of Asafoetida (hing).
  4. You need of Mustard seeds.
  5. It's of Cumin seeds.
  6. It's of Turmeric powder.
  7. It's of Onion, finely chopped.
  8. You need of peanuts.
  9. It's of Green chilies, finely chopped.
  10. It's of Curry leaves.
  11. It's of Sugar.
  12. You need of Lemon juice.
  13. You need of Salt.
  14. Prepare of Finely chopped coriander leaves for garnishing.

Langkah Memasak Gujarati Vaghareli Rotli Recipe (Roti Chivda)

  1. Tear the leftover chapatis into medium size pieces..
  2. Drizzle a few drops of water, sugar, salt and 1 tsp lemon juice over chapati pieces..
  3. Mix all of this using your hand or spoon and keep aside..
  4. Heat oil in pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, hing, curry leaves and haldi. Let them crackle..
  5. Add peanuts and saute till they turn light brown in colour..
  6. Now add chopped onion and saute till onion turn golden brown..
  7. Add chapati mixture and mix well. If required drizzle some water..
  8. Add ghee and mix well. Cook covered for 1-2 mins..
  9. Turn of the gas. Serve hot with chopped coriander leaves and sprinkle rest of the lemon juice..
