- You need of Rotis torn into pieces.
- It's of Oil.
- You need of Asafoetida (hing).
- You need of Mustard seeds.
- It's of Cumin seeds.
- It's of Turmeric powder.
- It's of Onion, finely chopped.
- You need of peanuts.
- It's of Green chilies, finely chopped.
- It's of Curry leaves.
- It's of Sugar.
- You need of Lemon juice.
- You need of Salt.
- Prepare of Finely chopped coriander leaves for garnishing.

- Tear the leftover chapatis into medium size pieces..
- Drizzle a few drops of water, sugar, salt and 1 tsp lemon juice over chapati pieces..
- Mix all of this using your hand or spoon and keep aside..
- Heat oil in pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, hing, curry leaves and haldi. Let them crackle..
- Add peanuts and saute till they turn light brown in colour..
- Now add chopped onion and saute till onion turn golden brown..
- Add chapati mixture and mix well. If required drizzle some water..
- Add ghee and mix well. Cook covered for 1-2 mins..
- Turn of the gas. Serve hot with chopped coriander leaves and sprinkle rest of the lemon juice..
