Bahan Membuat Gujarati Kadhi

  1. You need of Yogurt/ Dahi.
  2. You need of Gram flour/ Besan.
  3. It's of Sugar.
  4. It's of Ginger paste.
  5. It's of water.
  6. Prepare of Cumin/ Jeera.
  7. You need of Mustard Seeds.
  8. It's of Ghee.
  9. It's of Cinnamon Stick.
  10. It's of Fenugreek/ Methidana.
  11. Prepare of clove.
  12. You need of dried Kashmiri Red Chilli.
  13. You need of Hing/ Asafoetida.
  14. It's of Chilli.
  15. It's of Chopped Coriander.
  16. You need of Salt as per taste.

Langkah Memasak Gujarati Kadhi

  1. In a mixing bowl, take 1 cup curd and add 2 tsp gram flour, Ginger paste and sugar to it..
  2. Mix all ingredients well.
  3. Add 1 cup of water and mix well without forming lumps..
  4. Once the lumps are dissolved, add 2 more cups of water and mix well.
  5. Heat a kadhai and add 1 tsp ghee. Once ghee melts add Mustard seeds, Cumin seeds, Clove, Fenugreek seeds, Cinnamon stick, dried red chilli and split green chilli.
  6. Transfer the besan curd mixture in kadhai and mix well.
  7. Mix on low flame flame for 5 minutes till the mixture comes to boil.
  8. Continue to cook for 15 minutes on low medium flame and keep mixing in between. The add salt as per taste and chopped coriander for garnishing. After adding salt cook for 2-3 minutes more..
  9. Gujarati Kadhi is ready to serve with hot steam rice.. ENJOY!!!.
