Bahan Membuat Gujarati Handvo
- Prepare 1 cup of idli rice.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of chana dal.

- Prepare 1 tsp of sesame seed.
- It's 1 cup of grated bottle gourd, carrot, cabbage.

- It's 1 cup of coriander leave.
- Prepare 1 -cup of mint leaves.
- Prepare 2-3 of green chilli.
- You need 5-6 clove of garlic.
- You need 1 -inch of ginger.
- Prepare 1 -spoon of sugar.
- Prepare 1 -spoon of cumin seed.
- It's to taste of Salt.
- Prepare 3-4 spoon of lemon juice.
Langkah Memasak Gujarati Handvo
- Mix all the above lentils and soak in water for 4-5 hours..now add curd and grind in the mixer to form a paste..now add green chillies,coriander leaves,red chilli powder,turmeric,salt and grated Carrot,cabbage and bottlegourd..now mix everything...
- Lastly add a packet of eno..now take a nonstick pan..add oil on it then add cumin seeds and sesame seeds..now add the batter..now wait till it becomes crispy on both the sides(golden brown)..your handvo is ready.
- Now for the chutney add all the above chutney ingredients and grind it in the mixture.. your chutney is ready..
