  17. Prepare of green chilli.

  19. You need of ginger.

  21. You need of cumin seed.
  22. Prepare of Salt.

Langkah Memasak Gujarati Handvo

  1. Mix all the above lentils and soak in water for 4-5 hours..now add curd and grind in the mixer to form a paste..now add green chillies,coriander leaves,red chilli powder,turmeric,salt and grated Carrot,cabbage and bottlegourd..now mix everything...
  2. Lastly add a packet of eno..now take a nonstick pan..add oil on it then add cumin seeds and sesame seeds..now add the batter..now wait till it becomes crispy on both the sides(golden brown)..your handvo is ready.
  3. Now for the chutney add all the above chutney ingredients and grind it in the mixture.. your chutney is ready..
