  1. You need of tur dal.
  2. Prepare of water.
  3. It's of mungphali dana.
  4. It's of kokam.
  5. Prepare of chopped tomato.
  6. You need of chopped green chilli.
  7. It's of curry patta.
  8. You need of tblspoon oil for tadaka.
  9. It's of rai.
  10. You need of methi dana.
  11. It's of laung.
  12. It's of Kali mirch dana.
  13. You need of hing.
  14. It's of tblspoon desi gud.
  15. Prepare of lemon juice.
  16. Prepare of Salt as per taste.
  17. You need of haldi powder.
  18. You need of lal mirch powder.
  19. Prepare of dhanya powder.

Langkah Memasak Gujarati Khatti Mithi Dal

  1. Soak dal for 1/2 an hr. Now in a cocker put dal,add water,salt and haldi powder and let it whistle for 3/4 times. Once cocker cools down,open and blend nicely with the bitter..
