Bahan Membuat Mango Puranpoli

- It's of toor dal.
- Prepare of mango pulp.
- You need of ghee.
- It's of jaggery.

Langkah Memasak Mango Puranpoli
- Wash and soak both dals in water for 1 hour. Pressure cook both dals in minimum water. Cool and grind boiled dals in mixer jar. In nonstick kadhai add & heat ghee add & mix grinded dals mixture, mango pulp, jaggery,Kesar strands. Stirring continuously cook the mixture till thickens. Add & mix cardamom powder.Cool at room temperature. Make 3 equal portions..
- In mixing bowl add wheat flour and oil,bind and knead with water into soft dough. Make 6 equal balls from prepared dough. Take one ball from dough and roll into 4-5" round roti. Make another roti similarly. Now spread one portion of prepared mango-dals mixture.(As shown in fig.) Place another roti on it and seal the edges of both rotis together..
- Heat nonstick tawa, roast prepared Mango Puranpoli with ghee on both sides till golden brown spots appears. Similarly prepared all Puranpolis..
- Serve/ Relish Delicious Hot Mango Puranpoli with hot kadhi and mango pickle..
