Langkah Memasak Mandazi bites (Chin chin)
- Measure all the ingredients.
- In a bowl add all the dry ingredients. Rub in to form crumbs.
- In another bowl add milk and eggs. Whisk using a fork.
- Pour the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients.knead to form a soft dough..
- Cut the dough into 3 and form balls.roll it into a circle,cut into strips then into squares.
- Heat oil and deep-fry till evenly brown it takes 2-3 minutes.
- Drain on paper towel and let them cool. Serve cold..
