Bahan Membuat Crunchy Roasted Groundnuts Mandazi
- It's of Self raising sifted Flour.
- It's of sifted Sugar.
- Prepare of Blueband.
- It's of Crushed Groundnuts.
- You need of Salt.
- You need of Eggs.
- It's of Milk.
- It's of Crushed Cardamon.
- You need of Vanilla Essence.
Langkah Memasak Crunchy Roasted Groundnuts Mandazi
- Step1. Separate Dry and Wet Ingredients..
- Step2. Mix Sugar and Blueband until Sugar Dissolved..
- Step3. Add all purpose Flour, Pinch of Salt.Mix well until well combined..
- Step4. Add Crushed Groundnuts. Mix well until crumbled..
- Step 5.Create a hole at the Centre. Add eggs,Cardamon...
- Add Vanilla Essence. Start Kneading process..
- Step 6.Add Milk bit by bit. If the dough is still stick,add more flour. The dough should bounce back..
- Step7. Dust some flour. Divide the dough into 3..
- Step8. Roll out the dough into about 1/2 thickness and Cut into many shapes of your Choice(Round,Cubes,Rectangle,Square.....). My choice is round shape. Use Pizza Cutter or Knife,Cup,Glass to Cut the dough.. NB//.the smaller the pieces the more Crunchy the Mandazis..
- Step9.Tester: To check if the Oil is hot enough, Lower some dough into the Oil,if it gradually float to the surface of the Oil,then the Oil is hot enough..
- Step10. Cook one side at a time. Don't stir the Mandazi if the sizes are big. Stir the Mandazi if the sizes are small so it fries well all over..
- Step11. Transfer to a Stray/Plate. Allow the Mandazi to Cool down Completely so it becomes Crunchy and Yummy..
