Bahan Membuat Crunchy Roasted Groundnuts Mandazi

  1. It's of Self raising sifted Flour.
  2. It's of sifted Sugar.
  3. Prepare of Blueband.
  4. It's of Crushed Groundnuts.
  5. You need of Salt.
  6. You need of Eggs.
  7. It's of Milk.
  8. It's of Crushed Cardamon.
  9. You need of Vanilla Essence.

Langkah Memasak Crunchy Roasted Groundnuts Mandazi

  1. Step1. Separate Dry and Wet Ingredients..
  2. Step2. Mix Sugar and Blueband until Sugar Dissolved..
  3. Step3. Add all purpose Flour, Pinch of Salt.Mix well until well combined..
  4. Step4. Add Crushed Groundnuts. Mix well until crumbled..
  5. Step 5.Create a hole at the Centre. Add eggs,Cardamon...
  6. Add Vanilla Essence. Start Kneading process..
  7. Step 6.Add Milk bit by bit. If the dough is still stick,add more flour. The dough should bounce back..
  8. Step7. Dust some flour. Divide the dough into 3..
  9. Step8. Roll out the dough into about 1/2 thickness and Cut into many shapes of your Choice(Round,Cubes,Rectangle,Square.....). My choice is round shape. Use Pizza Cutter or Knife,Cup,Glass to Cut the dough.. NB//.the smaller the pieces the more Crunchy the Mandazis..
  10. Step9.Tester: To check if the Oil is hot enough, Lower some dough into the Oil,if it gradually float to the surface of the Oil,then the Oil is hot enough..
  11. Step10. Cook one side at a time. Don't stir the Mandazi if the sizes are big. Stir the Mandazi if the sizes are small so it fries well all over..
  12. Step11. Transfer to a Stray/Plate. Allow the Mandazi to Cool down Completely so it becomes Crunchy and Yummy..
