Bahan Membuat Soft mandazis
- You need of self raising flour.
- Prepare of eggs.
- It's of vanilla essence.
- It's of cooking oil (hot).
- You need of milk (hot).
- It's of sugar.
- You need of salt.
- It's of margarine (optional).
- It's of salt.
- You need of lemon rind.
- Prepare of cinnamon (optional).
Langkah Memasak Soft mandazis
- Sieve flour and mix well with sugar, salt, lemon rind, cinnamon, margarine, eggs and vanilla essence..
- Add hot cooking oil and knead well..
- Add hot milk in bits as you continue to knead until its well combined to attain a chapati dough consistency (not too hard not too soft)..
- Cover with cling film and let it rest for 15mins then roll into a 1cm width, cut into desired shapes and deep fry on medium heat to golden brown..
