  1. You need of self raising flour.
  2. Prepare of eggs.

  4. It's of cooking oil (hot).
  5. You need of milk (hot).
  6. It's of sugar.
  7. You need of salt.
  8. It's of margarine (optional).
  9. It's of salt.
  10. You need of lemon rind.
  11. Prepare of cinnamon (optional).

Langkah Memasak Soft mandazis

  1. Sieve flour and mix well with sugar, salt, lemon rind, cinnamon, margarine, eggs and vanilla essence..
  2. Add hot cooking oil and knead well..
  3. Add hot milk in bits as you continue to knead until its well combined to attain a chapati dough consistency (not too hard not too soft)..
  4. Cover with cling film and let it rest for 15mins then roll into a 1cm width, cut into desired shapes and deep fry on medium heat to golden brown..
