- Prepare of self raising flour (i used the yellow pack one).

- Add the egg and butter and mix.
- Add 1/3 cup of the milk and start kneading the dough. If you need more milk add until the dough is soft and well knead.
- Wrap the dough in a cling film, cover with kitchen towel and let it sit for 20-30minutes.
- After the 20 minutes, cut the dough into 4 or 5 equal size pieces.
- Roll the pieces out and cut each into four triangular shapes and cover them as you wait for your deep frying oil to heat.
