  6. Prepare 2 tbsp of passion essense.
  7. You need 1 of egg.
  8. You need 1 cup of warm milk/water.

Langkah Memasak Passion flavored Mandazi

  1. Mix the dry ingredients thoroughly.
  2. Rub in the butter and the oil into the dry ingredients.
  3. Add in the egg and mix too.
  4. Mix the passion essence in the warm water and pour it into the bowl with the flour mixture.
  5. Knead to a smooth stiff dough.
  6. Let rest for 20 minutes to overnight.
  7. Roll out your dough and cut to desirable sizes. as you do this heat oil to medium high.
  8. Deep fry your dough pieces till golden brown on both sides.
  9. Serve.
