Mandazi is a slightly sweet East African Street Food; spicy, airy yeast doughnut made with coconut milk, flavored with cardamom and grated fresh coconut/coconut flakes.

- Prepare of all purpose flour.
- It's of baking powder.
- It's of sugar.
- Prepare of magarine.
- You need of vegetable oil.
- Prepare of passion essense.
- You need of egg.
- Prepare of warm milk/water.
Langkah Memasak Passion flavored Mandazi
- Mix the dry ingredients thoroughly.
- Rub in the butter and the oil into the dry ingredients.
- Add in the egg and mix too.
- Mix the passion essence in the warm water and pour it into the bowl with the flour mixture.
- Knead to a smooth stiff dough.
- Let rest for 20 minutes to overnight.
- Roll out your dough and cut to desirable sizes. as you do this heat oil to medium high.
- Deep fry your dough pieces till golden brown on both sides.
- Serve.
