Bahan Membuat Cake mandazi

  1. You need of all purpose flour.
  2. You need of sugar (as preferred).
  3. It's of eggs.
  4. Prepare of cooking oil.
  5. You need of milk.
  6. It's of Lemon rinds.
  7. It's of Cardamom seeds.
  8. Prepare of baking powder.
  9. Prepare of vanilla essence.

Langkah Memasak Cake mandazi

  1. Add baking powder, crushed cardamom seeds and lemon rinds and add to the flour. Mix then set aside.
  2. In a bowl, whisk eggs n sugar till pale. Add vanilla essence n cooking oil and whisk.
  3. Make a well in the flour and add the wet ingredients.
  4. Start mixing n add your milk slowly till kneading consistency. Knead for 5 mins.
  5. When ready n firm, cover with cling film then cover with a cloth for half an hour.
  6. After 30mins, cut into desired shape n fry till golden brown. Serve with desired beverage.
