- Rub in the margarine into the flour after sieving it.mix in the sugar.
- Beat the eggs In a separate bowl until foaming.
- Make a well at the centre of the flour, add the beaten eggs and the milk and mix into a firm smooth dough.
- Allow to rest for 20minutes while covered.
- Roll out the dough,shape it and place on a floured tray to rest again.
- Heat the oil until hot and deep fry the mandazi until golden brown in colour.
- Serve while hot or cold.
