Bahan Membuat Soft mandazi
- It's of all purpose flour.
- It's of cup sugar.
- It's of cup melted butter / margarine.
- It's of eggs.
- It's of cup milk.
- It's of baking powder.
Langkah Memasak Soft mandazi
- Mix flour, baking powder and sugar together.
- Add melted butter and eggs then milk and mix together to get a firm dough.
- Cover for like 10 minutes then roll out and cut into desired shapes then deep fry.
- Enjoy.
