  1. It's of all purpose flour.
  2. It's of cup sugar.
  3. It's of cup melted butter / margarine.
  4. It's of eggs.
  5. It's of cup milk.
  6. It's of baking powder.

Langkah Memasak Soft mandazi

  1. Mix flour, baking powder and sugar together.
  2. Add melted butter and eggs then milk and mix together to get a firm dough.
  3. Cover for like 10 minutes then roll out and cut into desired shapes then deep fry.
  4. Enjoy.
