Langkah Memasak Mandazi (kangumu)
- Mix flour, salt, baking powder and sieve..
- Add butter and sugar and mix well.
- Add egg one at a time.
- Add the dry ingredients to theiquid mixture.
- Mix well to form a hard dough.
- Add milk and continue kneading..
- Let it. Rest for 20mins.
- Place on a floured surface and knead then cut to cubed pieces.
- Deep fry in the cooking oil..
- Serve.
