- Mix all the dry ingredients (butter,sugar,flour,desiccated coconut).
- Use the rubbing method till it resembles bread crumbs.
- Add in the liquid ingredients(eggs and milk).
- Knead till no lumps can be seen or felt (fine in texture).
- Cover and let it rest for 10 mins.
- Heat oil (should be moderate temp).
- Spread the dough using pin and cut into portions of desired size.
- Deep fry.
