  1. You need 2 cups of exe mandazi flour.
  2. It's 3 tablespoons of sugar.
  3. Prepare 1 cup of warm milk.
  4. You need 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
  5. You need 2 tablespoons of salted margarine.
  6. You need 2 tablespoons of mala(optional).
  7. You need of Frying vegetable oil.

Langkah Memasak Easy soft mandazi

  1. Melt your margarine in the milk until milk is warm to touch.
  2. Add in sugar and mala then combine.
  3. Slowly add in the milk and margarine mixture and mix.
  4. Knead the dough for 10 minutes until pliable.
  5. Leave to rest covered for about 20 minutes.
  6. Make balls(mine yielded 7pieces).
  7. Flour your surface and roll out,then cut into quarters.
  8. Heat your oil and fry until brown on each side.
  9. Serve warm with beverage of choice.
