  3. It's of eggs.
  4. You need of zest of 1 lemon.
  5. Prepare of Cinnamon.
  6. It's of salt.
  7. It's of milk.

Langkah Memasak Mandazi 🤤

  1. Mix the dry ingredients and make a well in the Centre.
  2. Add the beaten eggs, lemon zest and mix into the flour. Add the milk a little at a time. When all the flour is coated, kneed the dough until it all combines.
  3. Place on floured countertop and knees until soft. Roll out and cut into squares or whatever shape you desire..
  4. Fry until brown. About a minute on each side. Drain the oil and serve with tea 😊.
