- It's 500 grams of wheat flour.

- Prepare 1 tablespoon of Blue band.
- It's 1 of whole egg.
- Prepare 1 cup of milk.
- It's 4 of teaspoonfull of Sugar.

- In a clean bowl pour in the flour.
- Mix all the dry ingredients in the flour.
- Add the blue band into the flour and mix well with fingertips...they will look crumbs.
- Add the egg and mix.
- Then gradually pour milk as you knead.
- When the dough is ready,dust the surface and roll the dough and cut into desirable shapes..
- Take a clean pan,turn on the heat and heat the oil...when the oil is hot drop the cuts of dough in the oil.Always ensure that the oil is hot,test the temperature by dropping one shaped dough...if it sizzles,its hot enough.
- Let each side fry for 3 to 4minutes or till golden brown.Remove from the pan using a.slotted spoon and place on parchment paper.
- Serve your Mandazis with coffee,tea,milk.
