Bahan Membuat Umngqusho
- Prepare of samp rinsed and soaked overnight.
- Prepare of sugar beans rinsed and soak overnight.
- It's of salt.
- It's of oil.
- It's of curry powder.
- Prepare of tomatoes.
- You need of vegetable stock cube.
- It's of potatoes.
Langkah Memasak Umngqusho
- Mix the samp and beans together.
- Drain the water after soaking and place the samp in large pot add 7 cups of water allow to simmer slowly.
- Cook until the samp and beans get soft season with salt to taste..
- Saute the onion in a little oil until translucent add curry powder allow to cook for 3 minutes to get flavour out..
- Add tomato,vegetable stock 1/2 cup of water and potatoes.
- Allow to simmer until potatoes are soft.
- Drain the slightly soft samp and beans together add to mixture allow to cook slowly.
- Stir in the butter and mix well..
