Langkah Memasak Bird's Nest Snack

1. Boil potato is mashed and salt, black salt, grated paneer(half cup),garam masala, chaat masala, chopped coriander, chopped onion, vermicelli, kashmiri red chilli powder, tomato sauce, coriander powder, cumin powder, black pepper powder, roasted masala, ginger powder, garlic powder, white pepper powder,egg are mixed well and is shaped into a nest..
2. In another bowl cornflour, maida and a pinch of salt is mixed with little water and a batter is made..
3. Now the nest is dipped into the batter and coated with vermicelli and is deep fried..
4. Now the paneer (another half cup) is pasted for 5 mins and shaped into a bird's eggs..
